We stand behind our products! Orthofeet warrants its footwear products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of six months.
If you have any issues with your shoes, we will replace any defective product covered by this warranty free of charge. Footwear products that have been modified or repaired by any person not authorized by Orthofeet are not covered under this warranty.
Unfortunately, we do not have a catalog. All OrthoFeet styles are featured on our website at www.orthofeet.com. You may order online risk free, as we offer free shipping, free returns, plus a 60-day wear test.
If you need additional assistance, you may contact our customer service department at 551-400-5400 from M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
We recommend you order the same size and width you normally order from other brands. Most of our shoes fit true to size. For some styles, we provide additional information on fit. If your shoe size falls between sizes or if one foot is larger than the other, we suggest ordering the larger size of the two. The included fitting spacers allow you to adjust the space inside the shoe should your two feet not measure the same. Our policy allows you to exchange them free of charge for another size, width or style that may be more appropriate.
You can reference the size chart here.
To determine what width to purchase, we recommend you order the same width you normally order from other brands. If you feel what you currently wear is too tight or does not fit well, you might consider going up in width.
OrthoFeet shoes are biomedically designed to promote good foot health and proper biomechanics of feet and body. A minimal heel to toe drop of approximately 1/2” and rocker bottom sole ensures pressure is dispersed from heel strike to toe lift, facilitating foot motion and minimizing joint movement.
The little green horseshoe shaped device that is included in the shoe box is the Arch Booster. The Arch Booster allows you to enhance support under the arch, if needed.
To insert the Arch Booster, remove the orthotic insole from the shoe and place the Arch Booster all the way in the heel area. Place the orthotic insole back on top of the Arch booster.
All styles that are designed with a toggle lace also come with a regular lace inside the box. Please note that once you replace the toggle lace with a regular one, the shoes cannot be exchanged or returned. For additional help on how to switch out the laces, please contact our customer service department at 551-400-5400 from M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.

The work shoe collection is certified slip resistant on wet surfaces including oil. While the rest of the styles are not certified slip resistant, many of them are constructed with a special rubber sole and unique tread design for excellent traction and grip.
