Free Shipping and Territories Policy

OrthoFeet offers free ground shipping across the contiguous United States. We offer a flat $12 shipping rate to AK, HI, PR, GU, or VI.

P.O. Boxes

OrthoFeet ships to P.O. Boxes. Please do not include both a physical address and P.O. Box in your shipping instructions at checkout. 

Shipping Carriers and Services

We use many of the biggest carriers to ensure you receive the fastest delivery times and best rates possible. We cannot guarantee shipment through any particular carrier.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

We process in-stock orders within two business days. Shipping then takes approximately 2 - 7 business days depending on the destination.

Orders ship from multiple locations in the contiguous United States to ensure the fastest delivery times possible. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately based on the their warehouse location.

Order Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once it is ready to ship and leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the order.
