Fine-tune your fit for maximum comfort. This quick guide shows you how to use Arch Boosters and Spacers to personalize support and relieve pressure where you need it most.

We include an Arch Booster & Fitting Spacers on most styles to enhance support and create a tailored fit for your needs. Mix and match for optimal support.
Arch Booster
Need additional support? Add the Arch Booster under the removable insole to enhance arch support and reduce pressure at the heel and ball of the foot.
Fitting Spacers
Solve a loose fit and heel slippage with removable inserts that customize your shoe's interior space for a secure, comfortable fit on both feet. We include two thicknesses for a tailored fit.


Arch Booster
Step 1 Stand up with both feet facing forward. Look down and find your arches. The arch is the curved area on the bottom inside of your foot, from heel to big toe.
Step 2 Remove the insole from the shoe. Place the Arch Booster inside. The long side of the Arch Booster should run along the inside of the shoe where your curved arch is.
Step 3 Position the Arch Booster all the way towards the back of the heel.
Step 4 Place the removable insole back on top of the Arch Booster and feel the extra support. It may take 3 to 4 days to get used to the new foot and leg alignment that the Arch Booster provides. It is recommended to try the shoes with and without the Arch Booster to find your optimal arch support.


Fitting Spacers
Step 1
Remove the orthotic insole and place the Blue spacer (1/16" or 1.6mm) inside the shoe. Add the insole back on top of the spacer.
Step 2
If the shoes are still too loose, you can swap the Blue spacer with the thicker Green spacer (1/8" or 3.2mm) instead.
Step 3 If the shoes are still too loose, try both the Green and Blue spacers together underneath the insole.
