Orthofeet offers hassle free returns and exchanges (excluding HI, PR, AK, GU, VI and International orders). 

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 60 days (from order date) for another size or width, or for a full refund. 

Returns and exchanges are free and can be done online. To initiate an online return or exchange, visit

Orthofeet only allows 1 exchange per order. If the new exchanged item does not work out for you, it can still be returned for a full refund. 

You must return the item back using the Orthofeet return label. If you wish to ship the return package via another carrier, Orthofeet will not be responsible for the shipping charges and will not refund those costs.

International returns must be paid by the customer. Orthofeet will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase. Please return your item(s) with the packing slip and mail to the following address:

All returned items must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, including labels and must be returned within 60 days of purchase. 

Note: A $5.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from all orders being returned for a refund. 

If you would like a different size/color, please return your current item(s), and place a new order for the desired items.

The return process is approximately 10-14 days as it involves shipping the product back to our warehouse and processing the refund.

The exchange process is approximately 2 to 3 weeks as it involves shipping the shoes back to our warehouse, processing the exchange, and shipping a new pair back to you.

Orthofeet does not include printed return labels in the box. All returns and exchanges need to be initiated online. You will have the choice of either printing a free return label or a paperless option to generate a QR code to present to the post office.

No worries! You have the option of going paperless and generating a QR code which replaces a printed label. This code should be shown to the post office when you ship the item back to us. If you don’t want to generate a QR code, you can request a printed return label to be mailed to you. Please call our customer service team at 1-551-400-5400. 

If the return portal cannot find your order it means one of the following:
  • You have exceeded the 60 day return/exchange window. 
  • Your order is an international one. 
  • Your order was not directly on
  • Your have already made 1 exchange from this particular order.

Yes, you can still return or exchange an item without the original package. Simply package in another box and ship back to us.
