Orthofeet shoes are approved by Medicare under the Diabetic Shoe Bill. If you were diagnosed with diabetes and have one of the 6 qualifying conditions, Medicare will accept insurance. Since we do not accept insurance, you will be able to get the shoes through providers that bill Medicare. Yes, OrthoFeet shoes are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
