My issue is a left foot bunion. I do not have sharp pains when wearing these shoes. I wear Yari Hands Free for my work. I work retail and I am am on my feet 40 hours a week. They are very comfortable and are quite durable. This is my second pair. My only complaint is the shoelaces. They are too long. It's a minor point, but i have had to relace them on every pair I buy from orthofeet..
