Wrong size sent

I was sent the wrong size shoe. I reached out to customer service and they basically said I would have to buy another pair and send back the item that they mis-sent. Horrible customer service

Great shoe with better traction

I really like my new Tilos. They fit well, look good, and offer better traction on snow and wet outdoor surfaces. Due to the cold weather this winter I needed a shoe that would provide better traction for outdoor walking. These shoes fit the bill. The only downside I have discovered is the soles do not offer good traction on tiled indoor floors. I was in restaurant this weekend using the rest room, the tiled floor was a little wet. I did not feel comfortable in the shoes due to reduced traction on the wet floor and I could feel my feet slipping on the floor. I hope Orthofeet will look into how the soles of these shoes perform on indoor surfaces, especially tiled floors and make some improvements that offer consistent traction on all surfaces.
