I was reluctant to buy "hands-free" shoes because I thought they might slide off my feet on their own. I was wrong. These shoes stay securely on my feet regardless of the activity I'm doing. I would recommend them enthusiastically!

Between my wife and I this is the sixth pair of shoes that we have purchased from you in less than a year. I guess that says it all right there. I started with a pair of golf shoes which were a little funky looking but incredibly comfortable. (I see that you have now added more conventional looking golf shoes to your line, and I will be considering at them as well.) I have wide feet and a high instep, as well as plantar facitis from wearing sandels and non-supporting shoes for many years, and it is difficult to find anything comfortable. As soon as I put my first shoes on, I felt a huge difference. My wife has a bunion, and has struggled to find shoes wide enough and comfortable. She recently received her third pair (including a pair of slippers) and is loving them. I would also add that your website is easy to negotiate and order with prompt feedback regarding status.

Comfortable and recommended for diabetics and CKD patients

First, these shoes are extremely comfortable and easy to put on and off. The style I chose allows me to have a business casual appearance so I can wear these at work and to social events. I like the extra width, especially around the toes, and I appreciate that the shoes included multiple inserts to help get the fit exactly right.

More importantly, these shoes are excellent for those who are diabetic or have kidney disease. They work well with compression socks and give your feet plenty of room for blood flow and any fluid retention. For those that have kidney disease, especially with extremely low functioning, kidneys, these shoes prevent that end of day pain that can come from fluid buildup. As someone who has been living with CKD for almost a decade, I will certainly be purchasing more shoes from Orthofeet.

Back in 2024, I bought my first pair of sneakers from Orthofeet in preparation for travel. I had to get used to their wider footprint, as I usually wear good leather shoes. But I adjusted and got used to them. I realized that the heels were wearing out, so I decided to buy two more pairs.
