Order Up

I had a pair of the Charlotte in size 7.5 M and ordered the Clara as a replacement. The 7.5 M in the Clara was too short and tight across my bunions. I reordered the Clara in an 8 W. The Clara was a little stiff initially. With addition of the arch support and an insert, the Clara is now perfect. It feels lighter and looks more stylish than the Charlotte.
