FREE SHIPPING (DOMESTIC USA)
- Shipping is Free for orders shipped only within the contiguous United States. Orthofeet does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- For orders shipped to the non-contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.), shipping cost is $12.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
- Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
- Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
FREE RETURNS (US orders only)

Orthofeet will accept returned items within 60 days from the ship date if they meet the following conditions:
- A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included with the returned item(s).
- The returned item(s) do not show any visible wear or damage. If the returned shoes have a visible wear or damage Orthofeet will apply a $30.00 chargeper pair, which will be reduced from the refund for the returned shoes.
- The shoebox is not altered in any way. If there is writing on the shoebox, you will be charged a re-boxing fee of $2.50.
- Allow about 15 to 21 business days to process credits for returned products.
