Wrong gender of shoe sent to me

I had to return the first pair because size 11.5 was too big so I sent the 11.5 back to you to exchange for an 11. Your company sent me a size 11 in a men's shoe. They look different from a women's 11 and I would appreciate you sending me a women's size 11.
