SHIPPING

All orders ship FREE via USPS Ground or FedEx Ground and deliver in 2-7 days. Orders with multiple items ship via FedEx. (Free shipping offer not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI and International orders).

Please do not include both a physical address and PO Box in your shipping instructions. Choose the address that is most appropriate based on the above.

RETURNS

Returns of Shoes & Insoles

Test our shoes and insoles Risk Free for up to 60 days, and if you are not completely satisfied, return them for a full refund. Orthofeet will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase. 

Return shipping is paid by Orthofeet using our Returns and Exchanges Portal, however, the purchaser is responsible for sending the items back to us. (Free returns offer not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI and International orders).


Returns of Socks & Compression Hosiery

All returned items must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, including labels and must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Return shipping is paid by Orthofeet using our Returns and Exchanges Portal, however, the purchaser is responsible for sending the items back to us.

Note: A $5.00 restocking fee per item will be deducted from all orders being returned for a refund.

If you would like a different size/color, please return your current item(s), and place a new order for the desired items.

 

To Process Your Return:

For ALL returns: 

  1. Only one exchange per item is allowed with free shipping and returns.
  2. If you choose to ship the return package using another carrier, Orthofeet will not be responsible for the shipping charges and will not refund those costs.
  3. If you requested a refund, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
  4. All purchases will be refunded to their original form of payment.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your return and refund.

 


Orthofeet offers two convenient return options:

  • Return to a Happy Returns Bar – No Shipping Box or label needed 
  • Return to any USPS location.   

 


 For Happy Returns:  

  1. Click here to go to our Return and Exchange Portal. 
  2. Enter your order number and email address/zip code to initiate a return or exchange.  
  3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange. 
  4. Select the reason for return or exchange.  
  5. Choose Happy Returns (Option 1). 
  6. The nearest Happy Returns Bar location is suggested. If you wish to see other locations, click “Closest location”.  
  7. A QR code for your return or exchange will be generated. You will also receive it to your registered email address.  
  8. Take your item(s) in its original packaging (shoe box) to the Happy Returns Bar and present the QR code or provide the “Express Code”. 
  9. Once your item(s) have been scanned, a confirmation email is sent.  
  10. Refunds/exchanges are processed within 24 hours.  

 


For Post Office Returns: 

  1. Click here to go to our Return and Exchange Portal. 
  2. Enter your order number and email address/zip code to initiate a return or exchange.  
  3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange. 
  4. Select the reason for return or exchange.  
  5. Choose “Ship back with prepaid label” (Option 2). 
  6. You can return/exchange with a QR code or print a label. Select the preferred method.  

 


If you chose QR Code

  1. A QR code will be generated & shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.  
  2. Package your items in their original packaging and enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s). 
  3. Present the QR code at the Post Office drop-off facility without the need for printing a label. 

 


If you chose Print a Label

  1. A label will be generated and shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.  
  2. Package your items in their original packaging, enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).  
  3. Print return label and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton. 
  4. Take your shipping carton to the nearest USPS location. 
  5. Please request a receipt for your shipment and keep for your records. 

 


For International Returns:

International returns must be paid by the customer. Orthofeet will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase. Please return your item(s) with the packing slip and mail to the following address:
