Orthofeet will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase.

  1. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
  2. If you are returning socks, partial refund will be issued only to unused pairs that are still attached to the original packaging.   
  3. To check if the shoes fit, please try the footwear inside on a carpeted surface to avoid wearing marks.
  4. If the returned shoes have visible wear or damage, Orthofeet will apply a $30.00 charge, which will be deducted from the refund for the returned shoes.
  5. Shoe box must be unmarked and in new condition; otherwise Orthofeet may apply a re-boxing fee of $2.50.
  6. Please be sure to keep a copy of your return tracking number for future reference.

 

TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE:

  1. Orthofeet allows one (1) exchange of items purchased. Thereafter, if you would like to exchange a product please return the item for a full credit and then order a replacement item.
  2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).
  3. Fill out the Return/Exchange form, which comes with your order, and place it inside the package of the returned item. If you can't find the Return/Exchange form, please print a Return/Exchange form by clicking here.
  4. To generate your prepaid shipping label, please click here. You will be redirected to a form where you can enter your personal information. Please note that you need to enter your order number into the Order # field.
  5. Once you fill out the shipping form, click on “Process Shipment”, print out the prepaid label, and affix to the outside of your shipping carton.
  6. Please keep a copy of the FedEx tracking number, or a copy of the Return Label.
  7. Follow website instruction regarding where to drop off the package. 
    Please be aware that shipping your package back with FedEx gets the items much faster to our warehouse, and will result in faster processing of your return.
  8. Please allow us 15-21 business days to receive and process your exchange. You will receive email confirmation of your exchange, along with a new order number, once your return is received and processed.

  7. Please allow us 15-21 business days to receive and process your exchange. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
  8. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

 

TRACKING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

  1. Your prepaid shipping label comes with a FedEx tracking number. Please keep a copy of the FedEx tracking number, or a copy of the Return Label.
  2. Enter that tracking number on the FedEx link  here then hit "Track" to check the status of your return/exchange.
  3. Once received, your Refund/Exchange will be normally processed within 5 to 7 business days.
