Perfect Fit after a quick fix.

I received my sandals quickly and loved them immediately. However, the velcro tape that allows you to add the arch support on one of the shoes was not on straight so the insert lifted up from the bottom and made a noise. With just one simple email the exchange process was started and was absolutely unbelievable. Within a week I had a new pair of shoes that were PERFECT!!! LOVE the quality of your product and the top notch customer service!!!
