1st of all, these boots are very comfortable and lightweight- I wear them over 9 hours a day at work and my feet never hurt. 2nd of all, somehow, the top shoelace hook broke on one of my boots so I contacted customer service about it and they immediately shipped out a replacement pair since it had been within the 60 days. I was very pleased with their quick resolution to the issue and am very happy with my boots- would definitely recommend Orthofeet!

These Delta Brown boots amazed me at how comfortable they were right out of the box. At age 81 I've had so much discomfort in every shoe I wear, but not these. There was no break-in period and I wore them the entire first day working outside. They're very well-made. Too bad I can't wear them to church. What a great product.
