I am 50 and have a mean and cruel case of plantar fasciitis that I take a pain pill for everyday and am in physical therapy for. I have gotten to the point of throwing all of my shoes away and purchasing just a few better-quality shoes. That being said, I can no longer walk bare footed and needed a house shoe to slip on when getting out of bed. This came recommended by an older friend. Despite the high price you can customize the inserts (or not) so I needed all the arch support. The only issue is the guts I stuffed in to the sore foot side keeps popping out. If anyone has an idea of how to get all the layers to stay put let me know. The other slipper stays in just fine which is weird. Small issue and I will come up with something ...maybe just a dot of glue in the toe to hold in the insert. Thanks so much for a good quality slipper so I don't have to cry when I walk to the kitchen for a midnight snack.
