Women's Shoe Size Conversion
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.
You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

I've been saving up for the right sneakers, but most athletic shoes aren't wide enough or have poor support. I finally tried Orthofeet and my feet feel better. I have bunions, fallen arches, a hard heel strike, and need foot surgery on both sides. I spent about ten minutes trying different combinations with my arches and the arches and supplies that came with my Orthofeet sneakers before I settled on the right combination. After about a week, I made another adjustment and now they feel perfect. I was on my feet all weekend and they felt great. I wish I hadn't waited so long. I need another pair, so I'm starting to save up again.
I'm a size 9, usually buy wide if possible. I bought a 9 Medium and they're still roomy in the toe - very comfortable. The tread is really good - cannot slide on any surface. New England winter approved. Also, was in the pouring rain for a soccer game and feet stayed dry!
Absolutely love them. Will only wear this brand of shoes from now on!
I would not recommend these shoes. The sole of the shoe is hard as a rock.. not comfortable at all
