Best athletic shoe for foot and knee pain

I have purchased so many pairs of this shoe. I have Morton's Neuroma in both feet and add toe padding for that reason, which is easy to do with the removable "guts" of these shoes. I have narrow feet so being able to use the padding system is really helpful to get the perfect fit. The only negative is the stretchy material of the uppers does stretch out necessitating a new pair every so often. But, this is true of any athletic shoe that I've owned. I will buy more of these and recommend them for people with foot problems who need a good shoe for walking, etc.
