Wonderful! My feet often feel crippled, and these shoes have made me forget that I'm even wearing shoes. Immediately comfortable. My feet are also exceptionally wide (6E, 12) but I ordered a 13/4E and they fit with only a little extra toe room - that's the problem with having feet that are super wide at the end (Fred Flintstone / Hobbit feet!). Great all-day (teacher) shoes!

High quality, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed

I am impressed with the feel and quality of these shoes. They are extremely comfortable, light yet sturdy, give a gentle lift to my step, and flex naturally on my feet with every step. They come with two sets of auxiliary insoles of different thickness plus a supplemental arch support boost allowing you to experiment to find the most comfortable fit. I tried the arch support boosters for a day, then decided I preferred the fit without them. The no-tie system uses an adjustable sliding gismo that works fine, and provides a secure fit. My only question is how water repellent the knit uppers actually are, and I haven’t had occasion to find out yet. One other thing to be aware of concerns the appearance: they are darker black and less “tweedy” in appearance than the photo suggests – not a bad thing, but something you might want to consider. I was sufficiently impressed that I ordered a 2nd OrthoFeet athletic style in grey that uses laces, but allows you to easily slip them on. These too are excellent.

Best comfort work boot ever

When I bought the work boot with composite toe I was skeptical. I have 6 or 7 pairs of boots that said the same thing, Comfort for your feet, long lasting, good anti slip bottoms ect.. and these weren't cheap boots either paid over $250 for each pair that I can't wear.
However, from the moment I tried these on Granite composite toe boots on my feet were in love. I work in maintenance on a plant floor betwee12-16 hours a day. Cement floors are the killer of all feet. This boot made my feet feel good at the end of the day. I wasn't in pain once. I still wear these boots. After 14 months they are starting to come apart though. Working in chemicals (acid) oil, wet water I think they have held up quite well. After this review I intend to buy 2 more pair. One new pair of work boots and one pair of comfort shoes. Thank you so much for making my feet feel good again!
