BioSole-Gel Women's Dress are medical grade orthotic insoles that provide customized support and maximum comfort & pain relief for high heels and flat shoes. They are used as first choice for treating plantar fasciitis, heel pain, flat feet, bunions and ball of the foot pain.

Quite good

I take a VERY narrow shoe (AAAA) and so this one is not quite narrow enough for me. I put in ALL the arch supports and fillers that were sent, and am still working on getting a comfortable fit. I will take some of them out and replace with heavy socks and perhaps that will help. I am not giving up YET.

These orthotics are PERFECT! I had fallen into dispair that I would never again be able to wear my favorite loafers and dress shoes, and replacing them with ones that are orthotic friendly or have what I need built in was far too expensive. These inserts now have allowed me to keep my favorite shoes, they fit nicely into boots as well. They offer the arch support I need, without pushing my already high arch so far up, that I can't get a shoe on! Not only have they saved my feet and back from pain, I also have saved money on not having to replace shoes. Love them!

Can stand it!!

Yes, I CAN stand most the day and walking the dog is more comfortable. These inserts help my prolapsed ankle. I order quite a few for convenience in my Orthofeet shoes. I like that you can make a custom fit yourself with what comes included in your shoe order. I am a fan. Just a little sad I cannot wear my hard leather pointy toe boots any more. Dang, getting old is not for sissy's. Ha. Thanks for the relief Orthofeet.

Works great wear them and all my shoes. I’m going to order another set so that I don’t have to change every time I change shoes.
